2022 Theme | Agile Transformation; how to spark, drive and communicate change.
And this change may vary from a small local (team) change, to a large company wide transformation.
Detailing the entire agile transformation upfront when transitioning from a plan-driven to a value-driven organization neither makes sense, nor does it carry the right message between executives and the rest of the organization during an agile transformation. Because of that, bottom-up or top-down agile transformations may cause friction between the different players in the organization. In addition, the large number of agile processes in the industry and home-grown internal processes can leave employees confused about the strategy of an agile transformation. New leadership topics such as crowd-sourcing, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), self-organization and holacracy are adding to disorientation and often delay the call to action and defer real change. In some instances the agile transformation comes to a standstill and may even fail.
In this conference, we are going to challenge us how to spark, drive and communicate change. Which approach do we take? Is it measurable? Visionairs and companies will share their stories. High quality Workshops and an Open Space complements our learning.

The Agile Transformation Kata (ATK) is a scientific approach to practice agile transformations. It is a structured training routine to learn something new or unfamiliar, until the practice becomes a new habit. This Kata is very different compared to other approaches, as it uses an agile mindset during the transformation process itself. This truly shapes the agile culture in all aspects of an organization and will lead to business agility.

As an organizer, it is our commitment to attract as many students as possible for our offered classes so that learning is optimal. However, sometimes it is beyond our control that in a highly exceptional case a certain class may not attract enough participants for meaningful learning. When this happens, we are committed to informing our students at least 4 weeks ahead of the anticipated start date, offer the registered students an alternative discounted learning track, and when this is not feasible or accepted by the registered student, refund the ticket price entirely and immediately.
